7. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2024 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.
8. Approving the revised Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association for additional Public Works and Saint Paul Regional Services classifications to be eligible for preferred license premium pay.
9. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2024 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City and the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local Union 1 Minnesota/North Dakota.
10. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2024 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local No 633.
11. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2024 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City and the United Association of Pipefitters Local No. 455.
13. Adopting the update to the Saint Paul Bicycle Plan as an addendum to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan. (Public hearing closed and laid over from April 17, 2024)
ORDINANCES
An ordinance is a city law enacted by the City Council. It is read at three separate council meetings and becomes effective after passage by the Council and 30 days after publication in the Saint Paul Pioneer Press. Public hearings on ordinances are generally held at the second reading.
