1. Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to apply for funds of up to $10,000 from the Capital Region Watershed District’s Partner Grants program for the Parks Ambassadors program.

11. Authorizing the City, on behalf of the Police Department, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force.
12. Approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2025) between the City of Saint Paul and the Classified Confidential Employees Association.
13. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME Clerical, Local 2508 in order to provide a shoe allowance for Zookeepers at Como Park Zoo & Conservatory.
14. Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME Technical, Local 1842, to amend the 2023 - 2025 Labor Agreement for the purpose of correcting uniform reimbursement amounts.
15. Approving adverse action against the Tobacco Products Shop license held by White Bear Tobacco Market Place Inc. d/b/a White Bear Tobacco (License ID #20140001994) for the premises located at 1662 White Bear Avenue.
ORDINANCES
An ordinance is a city law enacted by the City Council. It is read at three separate council meetings and becomes effective after passage by the Council and 30 days after publication in the Saint Paul Pioneer Press. Public hearings on ordinances are generally held at the second reading.

16. Amending the Zoning Map and specific sections of the Legislative Code pertaining to zoning regulations to promote the production of 1-6 unit residential housing options as recommended in Phase 2 of the 1-4 Unit Housing Study and amending additional Legislative Code sections that regulate those aspects of property maintenance associated with 1-6 unit housing.
17. Amending Chapter 233 of the Legislative Code pertaining to Earned Sick and Safe Time, to bring Saint Paul’s ordinance into alignment with the State of Minnesota’s Earned Sick and Safe Time law.
18. Granting the application of Pillai Builders LLC to rezone property at 597- 605 Front Avenue from B3 general business to T2 traditional neighborhood and amending Chapter 60 of the Legislative Code pertaining to the Zoning Map.
